MIXED USE COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT

TRDL have significant experience in designing office and commercial projects in UK and Middle East . Illustrated below is the Headquarters Office Building for OMRAN - the development wing of the Oman Tourism Organisation - based at the Office Park of the Oman Convention Centre site in Muscat. Also illustrated is the masterplan for the new commercial area next to Muscat Hills Golf Course in Oman made as part of the leasing strategy. Current work includes a large commercial area as a new gateway to Cairo from the airport.
