BOUTIQUE HOTEL AQABA
A winning competition entry for a brownfield site next to the InterContinental Hotel in Aqaba, on Red Sea, Jordan.. The location is central yet on a good beach, and it has some old beach club facilities that have fallen into disuse. The planned use is to make a boutique hotel of 120 rooms and 50+ apartments with a beach club, which will benefit from the ICH infrastructure and provide modern rooms and apartments which expand the hotel offer. Design competition completed with Arabtech Jardaneh, Jordan and Christian Sundby Arkitekten, Norway.
