BOUTIQUE HOTEL AQABA
A winning competition entry for the InterContinental Hotel in Aqaba which has a brownfield site next to it in need of redevelopment. The location is central yet on a good beach, and it has some old beach club facilities that have fallen into disuse. The planned use is to make a boutique hotel of 120 rooms and 50+ apartments with a beach club, which will benefit from the ICH infrastructure and provide modern rooms and apartments which expand the hotel offer.
