CROWNE PLAZA OMAN CONFERENCE HOTEL

TRDL were asked by OMRAN to design the new Crowne Plaza Hotel at the Oman Convention Centre Site with project consultants AJI. built on the side of a green wadi in the heart of the OCEC site on the main entrance avenue, PREVIOUSLY masterplanned by Tom, The 250 room business hotel WAs the first to open on the site and will be one of 3 to directly service the Oman Convention Centre. The building was designed within environmental guidelines and achieved LEED environmental design bronze status.
