INTERCONTINENTAL MUSCAT HILLS GOLF HOTEL

Muscat Hills Golf is the first green course in Oman, with a full PGA 18 hole Paul Thomas designed course which Tom orignally masterplanned. The masterplan included for a new Golf Clubhouse however Residential sales exceeded the original intent and with this success the owners contacted Tom to design a luxury hotel on site . In 2015 a deal was agreed with InterContinental to manage a 250 room 5 star hotel with a large golf clubhouse and spa overlooking the course and with distant views to the sea. The design was completed to a detailed stage with Arabtech Jardaneh, Jordan and Oman as lead engineering consultants..
